How long will it take you to send in the clearance from New Jersey? I would order notes at the same time you send them in or a week later so any work they've done by a month after receiving the requested information would coincide with what's in GCMS (as I believe the notes are consistently taking about a month to come back). If your interview was waived, I presume they are done with evaluating the genuineness of the spouse-principal applicant relationship, so hopefully this is the last thing they need to finish.

My interview was waived on 3rd oct. but they are looking for NJ Police Cl.Cert. Once I supply them with that, what is a reasonable estimate no. of days I should keep for them to process the NJ Cert. and send me my PPR?

We Got PPR today!! via email and we got an update oon ECAS about the medicals!!

Congrats!Hopefully we hear something soon we even contacted another MP a week ago and havent heard a peep.This process Is so frustrateing.

hopefully NJ has mailed the cert. and I should get it by end of this week. Will send it on Monday and they should get it by Tuesday next week. If nothing else remains, will it still take them butt load of time to process the NJ cert?

Our MP called on the 14th (about a week ago) and said the office was processing RPRF's received in September. So, if you sent yours in before then you might want to check on it. If you sent it in after, then it's in the queue to get processed.

We sent ours in around mid- to late September, so I'm hoping they get to it soon!

Well we just heard from the MP.She was told that my app wouldnt be done before the 11month process and that my medicals are expired and that I have to redo them WTF!

The officer said the apps are takeing longer than the 11months so I wont be done till after the new year and that the medicals are expired now so I have to redo them.

I was just talking to Trish and mentioned... we should all go for dinner, the six of us one evening. Let us know when you're in town and I'll try to set something up. Tim's bday is Saturday so they're planning to be at the regular hang-out (not that they need an excuse lol), that night, but we won't be going.

It also says to pay all the fees upfront to take time off the processing time which we did but its still going to take over 11months wtf.

Well they're certainly not taking 11 months for the most recent applicants. What I mean is, what about YOUR file is complicating the processing? Sorry to hear this too.

Ive been here since October last year so why didnt my medicals get an extension like they were suppose to since I was in Canada.

Theres nothing complicated about it.Im comeing here with no kids,no criminal background and passed the medicals with flying colors.Have been approved for 2 work visas since 2008.

Ok, so I had lunch today with my non-forum member friend who has been in process since July 2010. She called her MP today (for the second time. Last time they helped her settle a missing x-ray which was the ONLY thing holding up her file) to inquire about the status of her app.

What she found out is that B'lo has done nothing on her file since the xray was found (about 2 months ago) and that her medical (and those of her 2 kids) have expired. B'lo will extend the meds for her and her son who are here in Canada, but NOT for the daughter who is still in the US.

So, now she has to wait for processing a new med for her daughter and hope that by the time it gets processed that B'lo won't then demand renewed meds for her and her son. On top of all this, she has been suffering from pneumonia and other health problems and can not get OHIP coverage.
