I am so frustrated. I was approved to Sponsor my husband June 1/10, got approval letter in the mail June 9/10 which states application for PR was sent to Santo Domingo. I am still unable to log on to e-cas with my receipt number OR my client ID #. I have called the call center but they said they can't tell me anything, I even emailed Santo Domingo but still hoping for a response from them. I have not received anything in the mail telling me the PR application is in process....does everyone get something in the mail saying in process?!?! At what point should I contact my MP? I know I am still within the timeline for Santo Domingo but it would be nice to just read those words "in process"!!!!!!

I know what you mean. I was approved on May 25th and still waiting for something from Buffalo. It would be nice to know something, but I'm going with the "no news is good news" approach. If there was something wrong or the app was missing something, I'm sure we would have heard by now. 8) ;D

@Journeyman....wish I could be as positive as you. How will I be dealing with this in a year from now if I am not dealing well after only being approved to sponsor just over a month ago...ugh.

Hmm ok thanks. It had seemed to me that only the sponsorship part is listed under the sponsor's Client ID since it has sat at decision made for quite some time... but maybe that is just because they haven't updated it.

it can take a long time from when the sponsorship is approved to when buffalo starts processing. Just look at my signature for mine!

Giggles, it looks like we are pretty much on the same timeline. App recieved 1 day apart, sponsorship approval 6 days apart. Hopefully we will both here good news soon.

I check ecas, my husband checks his mailbox . He's the applicant so the Buffalo letter will go to him.

We'll definitely have to keep each other informed. ;D

Great news to start my weekend! My husband got his visa this morning ;D

I asked him repeatedly for 10 minutes before I believed him. And then I threatened him! Afterwards, I called our family to confirm because I still didn't believe him. We were so lucky to be going through an office that has been consistently fast!

I still feel like I need to see it before I believe it.

Thank you very much. It feels great! I didn't realize how much stress I was taking on regarding this until now when its all gone! I give props to all that are facing a longer time-line. This was long enough for me.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on XXXXXX's application. The office will contact XXXXXX concerning this decision.

hey we have sent our medical copy2 and PCC along with our applications to CPC .. Is the medical which u talking is something different from the above said copy2?? I am little tensed now .. our applications received at CPC on 30thJune2010 ...
