Thank you very much for replying back

also I got these 2 concrens

while uploading the RCMP it is asking to fill doc name, number and expiry date

What is the the Doc Number ? is is DOC ID or DCN ?

DOC ID

and how about Expiry date ? what is its validity ?

There is no expiry date for the RCMP PCC, it has to be less that 6 months old. So you can leave it blank, or give the date of 6 months ahead.

Please let me know.

Why is there so much fuss about getting PCC from Passport office only when the cic website clearly states that for delhi applicants, Delhi police can issue PCC! Any views on this. Has anyone submitted Delhi police pcc.

Hi,
I received my gcms notes yesterday. It says criminality and security not started. And the due date written for each of these sections is 9th Feb 2018, is it the maximum time when security or criminality should be done? The last review comment by the agent is of 1st March and it seems that my file hasn't been touched.

Withdrawing the application is your personal choice. Once the application is withdrawn before it is processed, cannot be used to compare with a subsequent application.
Thank you, however it's a bit more complicated.
I have been asked for RCMP fingerprints. The timing is bad. If I withdraw my application without submitting fingerprints can they charge me with misrepresentation? I know RCMP is requested to confirm identity but I have never commited or been arrested for any crime in any country.

If I withdraw now with RCMP requested, can they say "we think you are a criminal so prove it or misrepresentation..." Because obviously I selected no for having any criminal charges in stat questions.

The RCMP letter says if I do not submit them in 60 days the application could be refused (however not as incomplete).

So really, can they look at the withdrawal and question if I am hiding criminal history, or assume that I am not a criminal if they have no 'hard' proof and allow withdrawal without question?

Do I have to send fingerprints before withdrawing?

Its the ease and for applicants who have lived in different parts of the country, prefer a PCC from passport office as it cover the entire country, instead of just Delhi.

Police in India is a state subject as it falls under Article 246, Schedule 7, List 2 (State List), Entry 1. Each state will have a different format and it may also vary from district to district. The format used by the department in a district is set and you cannot change it.

Whatever is provided to you by the local administration, that is all that you can upload and is sufficient.
Thank you!

You should answer "YES" to "Has this person completed any post-secondary education?" since your spouse has completed post-secondary education. A lot of people advice answering no, which saves time to upload documents, but that is misconceived information. However, IRCC when calculating points does give points for Spouse's education. See <http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp>

If you are sure that you are not getting any points, you do not need the ECA and can simply upload the diplomas and transcripts and in the LoE explain it. But I would strongly suggest that you re-check the score sheet you received after you entered the pool, so that your CRS does not go down because of this.

Thank you very much for your kind reply.

Criminality is usually done along side with eligibility. The security is the last thing to go in progress after the eligibility is met. Most filed see delays because there was no progress on them. What about your eligibility.

Are they referring to the RCMP criminality check or your PR?

No

Do I have to send fingerprints before withdrawing?

If you live outside India you can get your PCC from the Indian Consulate. There is no need to travel to India.
