student wanting to change the condition on study permit

I am a student. and I want to request changing a condition on my study permit.
I found this online :
IMM 5709 E : Application to change conditions, extend my stay or remain in Canada as a student.

I have both an IRCC secure account and a portal account.
they give you a questionnaire and I am not able to reach to applying that exact application.

As per IRCC, what are your wanting to do to change your conditions with IMM5709. If none of these are applicable then that is why you may not be able to apply for it.

This application guide is designed for temporary residents already in Canada who want to:

• Extend their stay as students;
• Request an initial study permit;
• Restore their status as students.

I wish to apply for a study permit from inside Canada?
I want to let IRCC know that I go to a university, and that I was not allowed to work until I finish ESL but I quit from that to start doing my master in French literature and French is an official language in Canada.

If you need a new study permit, you apply for a study permit. If you notified IRCC of the change before you started studying, meet conditions before you changed DLIs and IRCC has approved it then you continue studying. You don’t need to complete 5709 unless permit is expiring.

Ah right. You are the one who tells people that we make things up. We told you to get a lawyer or consultant to answer your questions so no point posting here since we make things up.

If you have have notified IRCC about changing DLIs then you don’t need a study permit. You have a study permit.

Ok then hire an immigration lawyer since you are super rich. I don’t need to help you further. FYI - your work conditions have nothing to do with 5709 but your lawyer will tell you that.

I agree that your best next step is to hire a lawyer. As of now you are technically studying without authorization. You've disagreed with all of the advice given to you here so far so not sure I see the point in posting further. Your call of course.

I am being attacked by two people on this website....
