i contacted CIC through their official twitter account and the person said this new rule applies to those who applied as of 11 june 2015

Those who applied what? Citizenship or Permanent Resident? I bet it must be Citizenship Application. Those who Applied Citizenship Applications from 11th June 2015 will have to be in Canada Physically 4 years out of 6 years with condition, each year 186 days must be physically present in Canada.

Thats for those who applying for citizenship. I met my local MP mathew kellewy 2 days back and he explained me the new rule very briefly. The rule of living 4 out of 6 years applies to everyone

Salam to everyone here. I am a silent reader on this forum. I would like to mention that i sponsored my wife in last April 2014 and application went to London in June 2014. My wife received some updated document request in jan 2015. Then my wife received all her original documents back in feb 2015. In April my wife received medical request which is been done in May2015 . In june my wife received passport request which is submitted right away on 8 june 2015 and Alhamdollilah she received passport back with visa on 28 June 2015. Blessings for everyone. Upfront medical report also send by the IOM. You don't need to send any kind of medical report yourself. All you can do is to send them the copy of receipt received from IOM (indicating the confirmation of your medical) either by Postal mail or through case specific enquiry.

I've recieved an email from LDNImmigration.
They have said that I've to send Urdu Nikah-Nama.
and they've also added that the relationship isn't geniune. They have asked for pictures and evidences of call summaries.
I've alot of pics just on wedding day but don't have that much pics at the time of Rukhstai.
Please Guide me what should I do?

You should have taken pics of all the events......not to mention your honeymoon and other trips pics..............anyways if you have rukhsati video then you can take the snap shots from your marriage video.....Also send them your ticket/boarding passes etc.....whatever is possible provide them

You should have paid whole fee upfront to save communication time.......now I would say just wait for CIC response.

Hi ! I am waiting for passport call for my hubby , how long it will take to get passport call after sending re-medical nd additional documents ?? On website they updated medical received on 6th june 2015 then my husband got email for orignal nikkah nama , we sent that back on 19 june 2015 .
