hello everyone, its been awhile since I have been on here... it's been 8 weeks today my husband re- did his medicals and nothing as of yet ???
has anyone ever been through this or know of anyone who has ??? if you have can you plz share,,I hope we hear something soon, the wait is hard, especial that christmas is a round the corner.... hope all the best for you all,,,,

Oh! twin! I am so sorry to hear that! Wednesday is visa day in Rabat and there is only December 21st left before Christmas!!! I cannot help you with your question, but I want to say I am thinking of you and I feel for what you are going through!

Okay nobody has replied about the license but ......i want to know other stories of the ADR win from Rabat what are ur time frames that your spouse came from the time of the win.........pls cmon people tell me timelines .......

Depends on the province. If he gets it in Morocco and then comes to Canada, he still must meet the provincial requirements. But if he has it for long enough in Morocco before testing for it in Canada, he may not have to go through the graduated licensing program.

All I can tell you is to read through this thread. There are some refusals through here but not really that many. Maybe 10 in the last 4 and a half years? And it's difficult to tell how long it will take because the processing has changed. Decisions that have been overturned may be re-routed to CPC Ottawa. That's relatively new and not enough data available to give accurate timelines.

10 refusals in 4 years and a half ??? There must be something VERY wrong with our application. I don't think it is just a matter of age difference. If we are one of these 10, how can we appeal and win???

Forgive me if I am mistaken but I believe the 10 cases rjessome is referring to are just posts on this thread....not all the applications from the embassy. I would guess there were a lot more refusals than 10 in 2011 alone. I think Rabat starts at no.

Habibti have you received your letter outlining the reasons for refusal yet?

2010 9% 95 refusal
2009 8% 68 refusals
2008 12% 89 refusals

I have been around too long! But Yeah I think 10 sounds about right...PMM's post with the actually number of refusals was interesting. I wish I had. The stats for how many cases are hanging in the endless limbo we've been in.

4.5 years stuck. No going back but not going forward either. 4.5 years of waking up everyday wondering if today will be the day my family is reunited. 4.5 years if making choices that I don't want to make, of being separated from people I don't want to be separated from. 4.5 years of not having a say, not being able to decide or choose. 4.5 years in perpetual hold. 4.5 years and counting.

Ok that's out of my system...zen resumes in 3...2...1...ZEN!

Yes, of course! It makes sense! I withdraw what I said. I am not normal these days... I jump for every little thing lol

As for the refusal letter... I posted already here a few times about it: marriage non genuine.

i have been here in canada for a year and a half now, and i about 3 weeks ago i lost my wallet, my permanent resident card was in there, i was planning to go visit in morocco end of this month, when i called to get another one they told me it's gonna take 5 mont can hs, knowing that i'm working and i got lay off end of this month it was a perfect time for me to go visit but with what happened and if it really gonna take 5 months then i can't go anymore...i also found in cic.gc.ca that there is an emergency case, they speed it up if i send them a copy of my plane ticket, but it didn't say how fast they gonna do that...so i was wondering if anybody give me some informations, answers i would appreciate it.

And lynn my heart goes out to you here im dealing with this about 2years and i cant stand it ...so 4.5years oufffffff i would go coucou.....

The timeline that i wanted to know was after ADR...how long can it take minimum to maximum if people have exprience or knows others especially that Rabat will get the approval in january 2012 maybe we have a chance that it will be quick new year or will it be slower i dont know i just want my hubby here already...now that we won its just harder to wait now.....
