Hi,

Sep 17 applicant (CIC received date) just now receive email from CIC requesting updated IMM 5669 but my concern is i made a mistake in IMM 5669 when i send to CIC first time and i corrected that mistake last Sep 2015 and attached a notarized explanation letter about my mistake so what should i do now should i just send the IMM 5669 or again notarized letter as well. can you please suggest ?

Yes. I would say download new form (sometimes CIC updates forms) and fill it as it was submitted second time in sep 2015. Send both form and notarized letter now.

Have you ever applied for GCMS before? If yes you can easily check

Sep 22 Applicant..just received additional document request from CIC. My earlier passport expired, I informed them about the new one, but it seems they haven't updated then. So they asked for scanned copy of the new one now and I sent as well. At least they touched the file..Positive sign
