I am Sep 15 2014 applicant waiting for MR (added spouse in December 2015, gcms notes displaying her added)
Got NSNP nomination today for Express Entry.
Any thoughts on: Should I wait for old CEC to process or apply in EE under PNP?
Do I have to withdraw one application as soon as I apply in another or wait till decision has been made on either one?

no , just wait , not draw ... if you have money apply both , so month is not a problem for you at all . so just wait .

I am September 22nd applicant and you don't have to inform cic for your old job neither it will effect your application

Be happy. Apply for EE under NSNP immediately. Most old CEC applications forms can be re-used to apply for EE.

Right now I have got EE AOR and CIC has not asked me to withdraw my 2014 old CEC. Guess they don't know nor care. At least one other September applicant has done the same things and I suppose he has landed already - Congratulations.

If money and paperwork is not a problem for you, better go to EE ASAP.

You don't need to withdraw old application.

I'm a September 2014 applicant, I applied EE on October 2015, COPR on January 2016 (less than 3 months).

No body knows how long will take old CEC process, I strongly recommend to apply trhough EE
