Check kijiji.ca for apartments, cars.
If you want to live in a large spanish community, you might want to check Saint Leonard in east Montreal, maily spanish/italian community.
If you ever needed a lawyer in Montreal, you can send me a message and i will give you the info.
primary and secondary schools are free for refugee claimants, ( some small fees applies though) if you have older kids, they have to apply for a study permit and pay regular fees as an international student which is a lot.
Take French courses once you settle down, there's plenty of places all over Montreal, it's also free for refugee claimants.
The minimum wage is around 10,75$/h , if you want a higher paid job, do a forklift driver license (300$ for the course) or a security course (500$/ course) and the wage starts around 15$/h for these jobs.
Best of luck.

I had many questions in my mind, after desperately searching finally got this site. Thanks to all who are helping us. I am from Bangladesh, a dangerous country for freethinker because of religious extremism. You know different thought except Islam is strictly prohibited here. So i cant talk freely and cant do anything outside Islamic rule. Mainly all of my family member is Islamic orthodox. They forced me to do Islamic activity. It is really so terrible. So It is too hard to live here. I am very much eager to live in Canada. How can i get asylum visa or PR? Is there any sponsor to sponsor my early cost and where to contact them. Please help me to get this and help me to survive.

To try to get PR through asylum, you would have to obtain a TRV (tourist visa) to Canada first and then claim asylum when you arrived. So your first step is to get an approved TRV. I don't think that making an asylum claim from outside of Canada is a realistic option for you.

You need more than a Masters degree to claim refugee status. You need to prove that you are being persecuted in your home country and that your life is in danger. You need to bring evidence of this if you want your refugee case to be successful.

what if we are on a tourist visa?
Regardless of your status the end effect is still the same. Any child who is born on Canadian soil is automatically a Canadian citizen.

This is the usual order

Refugee claim, if denied then appeal at the federal court, if denied, then you can apply for PRRA, if denied you can apply for Humanitarian
So the answer is yes.

Yes. Note however that having a Canadian citizen baby does not increase your H&C chances, many have tried and failed and were forced to leave the country. The baby can remain with a guardian here but most parents just take the baby back to home country with them.
