PNP PROCESS TIME IN ABU DHABI OFFICE

Hi , just want to ask you guyz,how long it will take the working permit in abudabi if u are holding a certificate in PNP

I am Pakistani citizen and living in UAE since last 7 years. In Nov 2007 I had applied for FSW programme and at that point of time as per CIC website sent application kit to London Visa Office.

In Mar 2012, they have given opportunity to transfer application to PNP under FSW Backlog programme. In short I have been nominated by Ontario as PNP under FSW Backklog.

In Feb 2013 I sent my application kit to CIO, at that point of time I didn't release that it was Provincial Economic class, and without noticed I had mentioned London as Visa Office . While as per CIC website only for Federal Economic London should mention as VO. Now I am confused, will they return application back to me or they will forward application to ADVO or London?

Dont worry.. They will most probably contact you
Asking for amendment of your visa office and faxing the same
To them. It happened with me at the nomination stage...

Hi, in application form to CIO which VO you have mensioned ? London or Abu Dhabi?

boss according to generic form i mentioned LVO coz as Economic Class are being processed in LVO (Middle Easet region) so i mentioned according to website info. but after 7 months when i enquired from LVO they replied and told me your case in Abu Dhabi Office.
still no reply form ADVO.

One to six months.. are you holding letter of support to apply
for OWP??? Or its a job offer??

for me I have letter of support from NS and noww thinking
to apply for WP as it seems that PR application will take forever
to be finalized.... Im FSW backlog reduction pilot and my initial
application was submitted in 2007. Before being nominated by NS..

I can confidently say that ADVO and all cic visa offices around globe do their job systematically but the delays are caused when they start security checks through other countries' agencies, where one has stayed or lived. Moreover case to case processing time for different nationalities varies too. We all perhaps have noticed in this forum that our Phil friends are getting their PPR at much faster rate than other nationalities.

I sent CSE to ADVO on 31-01-2013 today 28 days completed but still ADVO did not reply regarding AOR etc. whereas last week i sent CSE to LVO just to confirm about my case 2nd day replied and told me that your case in ADVO so contact with them. should i send reminder to ADVO or not coz now 8 months have been passed and still no any move from ADVO atleast they should send me AOR. REALLY FRUSTRATING. PLEASE GUIDE ME W8NG FOR UR REPLY.

I can understand your frustration, if you still not get reply in next week, then you request for caips notes, which will help you to understand your case.

If you already recieved your AOR from CIO
Then you're safe...

It does not matter because you have already nominated by province and its expiry date which is 6 months after issuance , so you have applied within 6 months and already got your AOR from CIO. now no need to worry about nomi. certificate's expiry.

No problem even u could not receiv AOR, but your case has already been receved by CIO before expiring ur nomination certificate, don't worry . Inshallah u will get AOR from CIO soon but always keep checking your email.
