I am currently 6 months pregnant and I received an email saying that our application is forwarded to ADVO... I would just like to know how can I apply to add my newborn in our application? we informed the visa office thru email that my wife is pregnant. After gave birth, we enclosed letter and birth cert of my baby when they asked us to submit the marriage advisory sent thru mail. About 2 to 3 months the advo will send an email to you requesting the documents of your baby.

Please note that there were too many changes happened on the immigration procedures after 2012. I am not even sure if my experience and timeline will be a good basis as of now.

I think they will not return your file (hopefully). CIO will send you an AOR if the documents/forms are completed based on their current procedures/ checklist and they will forward it to the local VO(LVO or ADVO). Goodluck.

Please note, the file will be reviewed in accordance with its place in the queue for applicants in this category, based on the application received date.

they also added a acknowledge number with my EP***********. ACK NO./********

Hi Iha,

In my case, I submitted addtl dependant's documents right after giving birth, after 5 months they sent me an email requesting for additional documents again (updates of all our forms) and new police police clearance. I sent it to them last week and still waiting for response. Our medical is about to expire on last week of November.
