hi, I am new in this field, our family total have Husband + me + son + daughter + my dad +my mom + dadinlaw + mominlaw = 8 people.

we are trying to fulfil the income since last year 2020 requirement. 2021 this year is the second year, but still no updates of the income requirement yet.

Are there any experience people know, if I continue fulfil , then the 3 years should be 2020 2021 2022, so i think we can submit the application in 2023, right? ok after 2023 formally submit the full application, how long will it take to get approval?

Yes, theoretically you could submit the application in 2023.

Assuming you are chosen through the lottery, plan on processing taking 1-2 years.

It is a lottery so it may take several years for both sets of parents to be selected. Some people are never selected. Also who knows what the program may look like in a few years. Did you meet LICO for 8 people in 2020?

Yes they are both separate applications. You can try to sponsor your parents and your spouse has to try and sponsor their parents. There are never any guarantees when it comes to parent sponsorship. The program has huge demand for limited spots and the program can change at any time. Parent sponsorship is not guaranteed.

Yes. If it stays the same in the future. You enter an interest to sponsor form for your parents and your spouse enter that for your in-laws.
