Outland application, which office to send?

Wondering if anyone could suggest how to find out to which office it is the best to send our application?
My wife is currently living with me in Canada on extended visitor status, and we are almost ready to send in our package for family class sponsorship - outland (based on all the recommendations to avoid inland due to very slow processing times).

Any recommendations?

All applications are sent to the Mississauga office.

I am guessing inlands and outlands just go to the same office then?

As mentioned all apps are sent initially to CPC-Mississauga. Then after sponsor approval CPC-M will forward the app on to outland visa office for applicant approval. For US citizens the outland office is CPC-Ottawa.

If you're sending to the P.O. Box and you are outland, would you send it to station A? I just sent mine to the courier address, but I was confused about the P.O. Boxes. I'm also in Canada but applying outland.
