NOC 1122 - After 26 July 2010 JOIN HERE PLEASE

Hi All,
i talked to one lawyer and told me that CIC processed 85% from applications till last week. he said that our chance to proceed the application is minimal in the coming couple of months becuase the quota is 1000 per NOC. They processed the applications which have been submitted first. I think this is toally NOT FAIR.

Dear ataali,
I think you should just focus on preparing your file & send to CIO ASAP.
No one knows when this 1000 limit will finish.
Consultants normally have half baked information & speak a lot of bluff.
And yes, you need to take fresh IELTS test now (validity 1 year for Canada PR application)

Hello everybody. Please give me advice on my situation. For today I can get 67 score (NOC 1122). All the documents are almost ready and can be sent on next week. I will get married at the beginning of September and it gives me 4 more score (for wife education). Nevertheless, I think that time is very important right now and the documents should be sent as soon as possible, because after my marriage the limit on NOC 1122 can be reached. How do you think should I send the documents right now or wait for additional 4 score after my marriage?
By the way if I will be approved by Canada can I add my wife to the immigration process (after I get married)?

my sister has again sit in ielts exams and today she got result, her result is:
listening ......4.5 band
speaking......5.5 band
writing.........5.5 band
reading.........4 band
overall...........5 band
points for ielts.....6 points
plz...................
tell me that for noc code 1221 is it ok...as here,on this forum all u people and senios here advises me to sit again in ielts and my sister did so.but today she got results and 2 are moderate an 2 are basic... last time she had low in all 4 components..but now it is her full effort...plz tell me is it ok now...plz plz pzl really i m waiting for ur replies.......
plz plz answer...........dont ignore my question...and really she cant again take more than it...bcz it was her full effort...she has arranged employment

What is her total score (age, education, work experience, adaptability, IELTS etc) ?

her noc is 1221 that is admin manager or admin officer
plz tell me is her ielts ok for her case bcz my lawyer is saying it is 100 percent ok..but many seniors here are saying depends on visa officer

Hi All,
i waited for 5 years to apply, i have applied one time and it was rejected then they changed the rules by listing 30 jobs which i didnt find my job there. now i have NOC1122 which is exactly my current job but unfortunatley found that they will select only 1000 candidates worldwide. iam note sure what the criteria to select the 1000 and i think i lost the hope and the interest. one more thing, i have an IELTS exam which i have done two years back, should i do another one or i can submit what i have? i have also MBA
