Thanks for the information Zormas, you always have something interesting to share with the group.
It seems there is a lot of pressure being put on the gov't to end this strike, I just hope it's the right amount of pressure to the right people. I fee like it has just gone so far now that it is a battle of wills. I'm beyond frustrated now. I just want to go back to waiting patiently for my husband's visa (without the strike)!

Pressure is being put on both sides..for sure.We might not see or hear about it...but things have been happening in the background without transparency.

As for the frustration....i guess words cannot describe the agony and frustration for all us .We are just being used as hostages by these two parties for their personal gains.

Regardless, we should hear some good news this week.

My spouse received call from embassy as well and missed the call, called back but the lady over the phone said they will call back.
Any one who have been through the same situation?? What should we do now .

now i call bk n it says welcome to canadian high commission,new delhi n i receive options bt no option to talk to some1...did anyone else receive any call?

You can post your timeline after 2 more posts...you need to post atleast 10 posts to add.
After 10 posts click to top right 'PROFILE' tab...then on your left go to 'MODiFY Profile information'

guys how do u know it was from embassy...y i am asking is coz I am a banker hence miss many calls during the day.

Kindly advice... I dont want to miss the call...in case I get it.

Can you give the link ..the place fem where u got the number…ppl must have been discussing the ques being asked…I hav heard about the telephonic interviews ..would like to see type of ques being asked ..thanks

Also usually phone interview consists of verifying the info you give on your application which is:
date of birth,marriage,dates of your visits...etc...
