No That's not true. If that would have been the case, I would have received visa few mnths back as I applied thru consultant. I just got my visa today. Almost after 1 year.

I missed my PPR in march and came to know through GCMS notes, sent PP on 3rd Aug. Did MP enquiry and they just say sec and background checks are in progress.

Same thing happened with us. I kept on asking the agent if they receive any correspondence they always denied and used to give one reply " It depends on case to case". Finally I received my GCMS notes and found out that PPR was in March and we came to know that in august.

It has happened to me once. I ordered notes , waited for 1 mnth but dint get any thing back. After back and forth conversation was being told that there was some glitch in their system and they never received my request. I had to re - apply and then got it after 1 mnth.

It was around 11.30 today.
