Just checked eCas and it says decision made, but no address change. Should I be worried? ???

Clicking on DM says, "We started processing your application on May 2, 2013"

Even address change is not thr in my ecas... Hope it should be done within 2-3 days... let me know if u get address change on ur ecas....

Congrats Mevakesh and Oct12. I was checking my ecas today and I also have DM and no address change

My timeline start to finish is

Application filed - Nov 28, 2012
First Stage Approval - March 1, 2013
Passport request - March 22, 2013
Ecas shows - We started processing your application on May 1, 2013 and a decision has been made.

It changed directly from Application Received to Decision Made.

I am in same situation as you. My medical has also expire in Jan 2013. No letter or email from NDVO office.

I have a similar timeline may 18 2012 applicant and my medicals have expired on april 25 and ndvo is not responding to my emails. When were your meds done? And did they ask you to redo them? My sponsor emailed her mp but no response either. Also as per gcms notes we got in feb 2013, our file had finished processing in october and there was a note in it saying please ask client to send pp for visa issuance. No response from ndvo ever since. I dont know what to do now. Frustrating. Any advice?

I applied in Oct 2012 and i haven't heard from cic yet after submitting my Passport in March 11,2013.. Is this normal?? I see alot of people who are getting there decision made...


I am very nervous ??? ??? ??? Please help or any ideas???

My partner does have a travel history. A Lot because my partner travels for business..Not more then 2 week in each trip though..Could this be a problem???

passports are back without stamps...claiming to have new passport for my kid as her photo is change from baby face to good looking gal...lolzzz...

Question - as they had clearly mention to submit passports again. is there any requirement to fill all forms again for her and submit again... what should be the risk with this new passport things???

Had a remedical in end of March 2013, they called and then sent an email with all the pertinent papers and instructions. It helps your case if the your sponsor visits you after the marriage. MP told us when we did the inquiry thay the visa officer had doubts about the relationship, but my husband came for a visit just before they asked for the remedical and we sent in the remedical and a copy of his boarding pass and visa for india. It didn't take long for approval after that. The more convincing case you make the better the chances for your visa to be approved.

It would have been very heard to live without sharing thoughts and emotions ... I wish and pray that all still waiting should get DM soon.. I just send cpc mississauga sponsor application my wife just change family name so I a update at the application since I send application not recived any thing from mississauga I send by couriear so I have a recived signature the y recived my application one thing more are they going to corresponding by email.

Hello Muksi,

The address change happened on May 2nd. But is that immigration desk sends passports via normal posts? Do they give us any tracking number to track it. Or do they send it on speed post. Reason being asking all these is, we all will be away from home this week completely. So, afraid, if postman don't find us may return it to delhi. How much time does it take to dispatch and get the passport in hme from decision made and address change activity.

After address change you will get your passport within a week. They will send it through registered post. Maybe you can go to your post office and find the postman coming to your area. Make sure he keeps the letter with him until you return. All the best!
