Why are they asking for sponsor's letter of employment.. It is not needed as per Canadian law to apply for spousal application..

Jay Swaminarayan... I had done the same thing.. Used my sister's credit card.. In that case, u need to fill information of sponsor with his/her client ID and contact info... Even payer's information should not include name of ur relative whose card u used....It should have sponsor's info...

Thanks for ur opinion maple gal .. She doesn't have any significant travel history.. That is just we went out for our honeymoon for a week outside India . Thts it.. Nothing else..

Thanks Muksi for ur reply!! But my concern is bcz her medical is going to expire in June last week and I want to go India to pick her up and meet my parents.. I m not able to buy ticket bcz return date is not thr with me. I guess the visa expiry date should be the date our medical date.. Right??

Hey H4B here is what I have seen from past 7 months on this forum.. NDVO officer will let u know the decision of ur file..but they take their time to stamp passport and return to applicant ... U Can refer the spreadsheet and find the members who have given intervew and their PR approval date...

There can be three indications.. "application received", "in process" and "Decision Made" ... All three indicates themselves what they mean...

in my opinion,u should inquire MP of ur area to ask NDVO regarding status of your appliccation.. Iwe have seen some DMs directly from appl recvd and some with very quick changes from Inprocess to DM... Recent example is Arsh.brar .. Look at his timeline.. He was also having same issue with...
