I m planningto apply under MPNP gen stream But still my Affidavit support is pending from Manitoba gov. I came to know that the immigration rules will be changed from jube-2011 as well as the immigrants slection structure will be re-framed major changes would be age related, ielts related & experience related. As per my understanding, Manitoba immigration is governed by totally Manitoba govt . However the changes are related to the immigrtiont selection so does it would be affected to manitoba immmigratants.
Pls let me know if any one else have any idea. Response of my senior personnels settled in manitoba are very much appreciated .

when did u apply for PNP. My application reached on 18th march 2011 in Winnipeg office but have not heard anything back regarding AOR. have you heard anything back or got AOR. Have u also applied under general stream.

I applied in jan 2011 under family stream till nw no aor or file no. recd., jst temperory file no. people who applied after me got their LOA. kinda worried nw hope everything is okay with my file.

ur situation is better than me, i havn't even got temp file . I think the people who have got their AOR are not from India,they r from a country for which processing time is fast..........after how many days did u get ur temp file number.....where u from and did u show any relatives outside Manitoba in ur application?

I got my temp file no. within 6 days with additional documents request.I'm frm India n my relative r in winnipeg.

Dear all friends ,

Im applying under MPNP gen system .
I have read that the applicant has to represent 10000cad$ bank balance in his/her account. now my concern is ......Is there any defined time frame for the prroof of funds for settlement I heard that candidate has to put/keep 10000 cad$ in the account 3 months beforethe applying to manitoba PNP????? I m not having clarity in this concern so could any kind person will reply to solve this issue.. Pls ans asap.

You do need to have the funds for at least 3 months in the bank before you apply and may have to prove that those funds are available at the time of landing.

Documents submit-13th Nov 2010
AOR recieved- 12th dec 2010
Sponsor interviewed-11th may 2011
LOA-waiting

But while interviewed sponsor they ask him to fax my job update letter on the right way bcs they want to issue my LOA On same day. can you tell me is that positive response from them ....How much time it will take to Get my LOA..

Hi! I'm from the Philippines. I sent my MPNP application last Nov 2010, I got a letter stating that I was assigned a Temporary File Number last Dec 2010. They asked me to provide a 3-month financial history. I sent the remaining documents last Feb 2011 but until now I got no new news, even a permanent file number. Anyone who got the same case or info regarding this? Thanks. I hope we can all pursue and be able to migrate to Canada this year.

Im really glad i found this site where i can get information ..Just processing my docs as of now to be submitted by one of our sponsors...she'll be back in Manitoba on May 31. Actually she'll check the docs para hindi pabalik balik daw,,,,i have the necessary requirements...

We're applying under General Stream....ask ko lang if we really have to have the show money for what is stated in the application? kasi kami Total of CAD18k or Php774k we only have Php530k as of now..........anyone who can share na ok na yun....?

What if you have several accounts....will it count ..of who is the oldest bank account?
