Okay like make her stay with you for 6 months make a baby if possible... If not just gather evidence... That sacrifice of going and staying with you is a token of seriousness on the partner that they really want to be together... Then re apply dont re appeal... Since an apeal takes longer than a new application

I know that...this is why I said u don't have a LARGE age gap like us. Our conditions were worst than yours.

Maybe your lawyer did not do a good job....

i think so Habibti , she got more than 4000$ , after hearing she said we did very well , but we lost, she said there are mistakes in the papers we got it today there are things that happened at the trial that she could use to help us

Why would you marry someone if you have no intention in creating life???you can just be conjugal partners why marry??? Lol you get married so that a child born can call you mom and dad!!! Legally ... Is it really terrible to have a kid ??? Isnt wanting to have a kid a fruit of good relationship... Why would you make a baby with someone you dont love???

People get married to show a commitment to each other and their family. Conjugal isn't even living together. Gay people can get married but not easily have children. I know lots of people who are married who don't have children. To have a child to get a visa is wrong.

Yes, the short length of a relationship and rushing into marriage are big red flags.

Hey nourdine,trust me i know a guy who just got approved 3 days ago,he is 15 years younger than his canadian wife,so i do think age has nothing to do with this,but i do remember you telling me about the wedding,that you didn't have a wedding and you planned to have one later,did you do it afterwards?
another question,during your whole relationship with your wife,how many times did she come to morocco to see you?i know you know her since 2009.....
im so sorry,i really am,,,i never expected this to be honest,i heard that 99% of appeals got the visa...has your wife been married before?any kids of the previous marriage or relationship?
you need a good laywer,,,and the only thing im gonna tell you,,,if you really love her and she feels the same to you,you are gonna be together and your love is gonna be the winner at the end,it's hard right now,i know,and i hope from all of my heart that i wont never go threw this or anyone else,,,

Our situation is the same, Married and met on the first visit. but someone posted on the forums that they had a friend who is in a similar situation and got approved in 8 mos and her application went smoothly.

i know many who did get married on the 1st visit,and they have been approved,,,trust me,sometimes it drives you nuts,,,lol
