1. The employer did not sufficiently demonstrate that there is a reasonable employement need for this job in the business.

2.The wages offered are not consistent with prevailing wages paid to Canadian in the requested occupation.

3.The working conditions offered are not consistent with the prevailing working conditions offered to Canadians in requested occupation.
The refusal reasons were clearly stated by CIC (see above). There is nothing you can do to address these issues. Your employer is the one who has to address them before applying for a new LMO.

I am not sure what you are hoping to read, but Scylla and Zardoz are highly respected seniors on Forum who provide consistent, thoughtful advice. Have you gone to the main forum page and typed in a few search words in the white box in the top right corner? All the best.

My lawyer is confident about the appeal. But I am hearing different things over here. That's why getting confused that is my lawyer is wrong or what?

Lawyers are always confident, as they are getting paid. It is no "skin off their nose" if the client loses.

Need more experts of LMO on my case....please its a humble request...
What for! If no-one is disagreeing with Zardoz, its likely he's correct. no use appealing for experts until you find one that agrees with your point of view and discarding all those who don't.

ur holding PGWP, so ur employer doesn't need to advise the job.

Meanwhile, what is ur wage and what is the median wage of similar occupation in ur region? If yours is lower, CIC will reject LMO for sure. Wage requirement is very strict now.

This is ONLY true for NOC 0, A or B jobs. Read the whole thread.

I thought jobs with a 2nd digit of 2 like NOC 6242 Cook is in the B category

BTW, for low skilled LMO, employment wage doesnt need to meet or exceed the median wage?

Agreed, but that is the issue.
My lmo was refused on september 18th and the rules got changed on nov 8th. By the way the officer said that she has dined at Popeyes Lousiana Kitchen and she thinks that I am not a Cook instead I am just a Food Counter Attendant.
Not a NOC B any more... It's 6711.
Cook by the way is 6322 under NOC 2011.

Cook is still NOC B. The officer just doesn't consider the job to be a "cook".
