Hi, I sent my PR application in may and received RBVO in july. I got married in October, and wrote to the Buffalo VO to inform them of the change in my status and to ask them how to proceed. They replied in French(!), which I used Google Translate to get this. When they say "completed application package containing all required documents", is this the same application forms I filled in for my FSW application or the forms at this link:http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp

I would really appreciate if someone can point me in the right direction. thanks a bunch.

Congratulations on your wedding!

Take a look at the checklist you originally used and send them the documents they ask for for your spouse in that list. Basically, amend your application to add your spouse so s/he can also be considered as an applicant.

I prepared my application without diploma from high school, but I did not send it yet. Should I add this diploma (before it is too late)?
Another thing that bothers me is that I'm not sure if I need to provide original transcript of grades from college (in sealed envelope), or it is enough to provide translation and notarized copy of transcript.

I can not see nowhere in official documents anything about sealed envelope. Is that requirement from the past that is no longer needed?

I'm not from Asia. I'm from Europe and my
Primary is 1 - 8 year
Secondary 9 - 12 year
College 13 - 14 year

I think that other applicants from my country haven't sent it, but OK, if I should enclose transcripts from my secondary school, I can make certified copy, translate it and send with my application.

definitely u have made it. check with your bank after 2 weeks whether your bank draft has been encashed or not. if YES, then your are thorugh.
