Where is the proof for returned packages for lawyers?
You have nothing new so far to publish, you just copied the same image email as we have already seen before from the same website.
Nobody confirmed receiving similar emails or returned mail packages.
Five days since January 23 is pretty enough time to receive returned packages. I don't have it in my mailbox. Nobody here has.

The thing is CIC only reply who asked, we didn't ask, so we are not supposed to receive similar emails.
And somebody said need 2 weeks to receive return package.

There's no point in playing a blame game as to who is right and who is wrong in their assumptions. Until we dont get anything in our hands the chance is exactly 50%.

If there's anybody who can deliver a right verdict, are the CIC guys. We need to get in touch with their(CIC) internal people thru a reliable source and ask them this thing or just wait for a few more weeks until we hear something back.
They cant be hanging with our applications forever!

Two weeks is too pessimistic and seems like very maximum time. Official regular Canada Post mail delivery times are 2-4 days.
If nobody gets any packages till this Friday, it will be really strong reason not to believe that email.

On Canada Post official website Regular mail delivery times inside Canada is 2-4 days. Of cause, it is business, not calendar days. But still not a month.
