why Feb 2012 case still asking for a JAL? need 45 days for updates, doesn't make sence, small company need 6 months for JAL, my employer didn't know this, if he knows, he may apply JAL at the begining. Any idaas guys? Thanks!

Job approval letter is for who applied after May 2012, Don't know why and how you guys submitted JAL on Nov 2011. I was 2012-02 FN, and additional doc done, employer was contacted, job offer has been updated, But Sinp asked for JAL, don't know why? Any ideas guys? Thanks.

Sorry guys, not an official statement, don't worry. some of them without job approval letter already got their application returned，but not all.
