i was denied entrance as a tourist to isreal at there border because they thought someone is coming to work or for reason best known and my wife filled 3days stayin the travel history form while i just stayed one night ,. i am worried if this wont cause delay or problem with our process. i know i am not a criminal or have any bad record any where in the world.

I don't think the 1 vs. 3 days is a material difference.

However hopefully you said "yes" to the question about whether you've ever been denied entry or a visa to any country.

You haven't made the trip but you did in fact got denied entrance at the isreal border before you send you application?

If it was before you send the application that still counts I think.. You should have said "yes" to the question then.
The 3 days vs 1 night shouldn't be a huge issue.

If you wrote down "no" at the question while it should be "yes" and they find out then yes this could cause delays.

You have to say 'yes' to the question 'Have you ever been denied entry to a country?' Schedule A Background Declaration, IMM 5669, question 6(e). If this refusal at the border happened before you sent in the application, and it sounds like it did, you should have said 'yes'. Once your application has been sent to the visa office for processing (that is, after the sponsor has been approved), you should send a new copy of this form with the correct answer and an explanation to the visa office to be added to your file. You can say that because you filled in the form before the trip in question happened, you had forgotten to change the answer when your wife redid the forms.

Wrong answer. The question asks if you've been refused or denied entry. OP was denied entry and has to answer yes if this happened before the forms were submitted. Answering no is misrepresentation - which can result in a refusal of the application and a 5 year ban from Canada. It's extremely important to answer this question correctly.
