Hello everyone. I applied my case in h&c category: 7 June 2022
Aor: 22 july 2022
Biometric request july 2022
Aip: 31 july 2023
Had issues with passport renewal as it was expired causing delays but submitted on 26 January 2024
Portal 1 email: 26 feb 2024 (replied the same day)
27 feb(portal was created but did receive credential login so i messaged ircc and they instructed me to reset my Password on 29th feb) submitted photo and address on same day
11 april 2024: ECOPR issued.
File Based on establishment in Canada, hardship back home.

Our medical was passed before AIP, so its not necessary but could be a positive sign - but it was almost 10 months ago..

Finally got AIP earlier this month..
For sending documents after AIP, are we supposed to get an acknowledgment email from the office?? (excluding the auto reply) , since most documents were already sent, I re-sent them with updated financials...but its been almost 2 weeks and no reply from them confirming all received or anything.

Thank you! I came to Canada in 2010. Studied in Toronto but moved to BC later on studied till 2015 but stopped studying. Applied for lmia but rejected. Worked couple of years than applied under h&c and it went through.
