Got PCC clear but unpaid debt

I got my PCC from dubai with no criminal record.
I am not living in dubai now But I have an unpaid debt and maybe bank will file a police case.
I am uploading the current pcc from dubai.
During the security or background check and verification and my that time if bank put a police case due to unpaid debt will that have any impact on my pr application?

Yes - if there are outstanding charges when IRCC performs the security / background check, this will prevent your PR application from moving forward. You should pay off the unpaid debt now if you can.

But at this point I am unable to clear the debt as I am not earning that much right now. My plan is when I’ll get PR then I will clear the debt by selling my car.
If I mention this in LOE, still it will be an issue for PR?

PR cannot be approved if you have outstanding charges. So yes - it will still be an issue.

Ok so I keep on paying my installments so bank will not lodge a police case.
Will that be ok for PR? Means there is no outstanding charges but only outstanding loan

Yes - you will be fine as long as there is no police case against you.

ok! So I think its better not to withdraw my pr application but keep paying installments to the bank to stop them taking any police action.
