I am reading this forum and looks like everyone has done there medical after getting medical request. My consultant adviced me to do medical after I received ITA and I did that and submitted my application. Is there any difference doing medical upfront or when they request it?

I left UAE on 12th oct 2018 and requested pcc few days back. I got my pcc on the same day of my flight that is 12th oct 2015. After that I nevel travelled to UAE. Does this certificate is good enough or do I need to get a new PCC?

Thank you for your reply. But at this point I am unable to clear the debt as I am not earning that much right now. My plan is when I’ll get PR then I will clear the debt by selling my car. If I mention this in LOE, still it will be an issue for PR?
