you can call for quick reply by
 Procedure to get CIC agent on phone
 Call at – 0016139444000
 Select 1 for English
 Then 1 for foreign affair
 2 for immigration
 Call is being transferred to CIC
 Then 1 for English
 2 for status
 1 for PR
 When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
 Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.

IS IT NECESSARY THAT U SHOULD HAVE TO INFORM AT THE TIME OF MEDICAL QUESTIONING THAT HIV+ EXISTS IN YR FAMILY, BUT APPLICANT HV NO SUCH +SYMPTOMS, WHAT CAN BE HAPPEN/WORST AT LATER STAGE, IF U DIDN'T INFORM DOCTOR.

First of all congratulations for all 2013 applications of them who are landing/landed in Canada from India.

I am traveling in july 1st week. I have a query regarding the funds to carry.
Seniors who already landed, pls help me out.


I am planning to take 3000 CAD as cash and remaining amount(11,000 CAD) thinking of how to carry.

option 1:
I heard the ICICI has presence in canada(toronto). Can I open an canada account from India and tranfer funds as CAD from India? If so, the statement taken from India(in CAD) is valid at POE to show as proof of funds?

option 2:
Can I do wire transfer to my sister account(who got settled in canada) through icici. If yes, then the application form /receipt which I receive after transfer funds is valid to show as Proof of funds at POE?


option 3:
Can I open scotia bank from india and transfer funds in CAD.Will this statement will be valid at POE?


Which option can I go for?

Hi all,

Is there any last date for visa application for FSW?

What happens if we have applied for visa after the closing date.

1.Will they retain all the documents with them for processing the next year or they will return all the documents to us?
2.The fees paid will be refunded ?
