What do you mean no more Flagpoling at Kingston

Land border were never meant to be destinations for permit approvals and it is not their primary role. Most borders have cut down significantly on flagpoling but some have enough to do with monitoring the border so resources need to focus on monitoring and protecting the border. This is an area with a lot of illegal activity so resources likely need to go towards that and not processing permits for people who don’t want to apply online.

That's true but idk what the guy is saying because there is no formal correspondence that flagpoling is no longer done there.
