Hi,Hello friends,
I m collecting documents after getting ITA in the last draw. I am about to ask my employer to provide me reference letter and other employment related documents.
Although i have checked the list of job responsibilities of Database Administrator(2172) from the official website, but, still i need a list as i cannot use the same language. Also i don't want to commit a single mistake while preparing a ruff draft (to give to my manager).

Hi,Hi,
I got my ITA last month only and I have 1 question regarding travel history. We have to mention travel history for past 10 yrs. my Travel history is below:
Canada 27-Aug-12 10-Nov-12
Canada 24-Nov-12 27-Sep-13
Dubai 28-Sep-13 29-Sep-13
Canada 6-Nov-13 4-Mar-14
Canada 16-Apr-14 11-Jul-14
USA 11-Jul-14 13-Jul-14
Canada 13-Jul-14 21-Dec-14
Mauritius 17-Jan-16 21-Jan-16
Dubai 21-Jan-16 25-Jan-16
Is that the correct way to mention or should I include india travel dates as well when I was in Canada for more than 2 yrs. And also I have to show only address History for India and Canada or for all residence even I stayed for 1 Day. Pls help!!!
Hi,Hello seniors,
I am about to submit my ITA by end of May/early June 2017.
I use the following spelling for my family name "AGRAWAL". All records, passport, medical, WES ECA, IELTS, Police certificates etc. are with the same spelling.
I have three formal education after senior secondary - Masters, Bachelor and Engineering Diploma. All of the three are recognized and evaluated by WES. Canadian Equivalence summary is "Master's". I am enclosing colored scan original certificate and marks sheet.
This is nothing but a clerical error. The diploma certificate was issued before year 2000. Obviously, the institute will not change anything. Should I submit the all the certificates as it is or should I submit one and same person affidavit along with LOE highlighting this clerical mistake.
- Master's degree certificate has a spelling as "AGRAWAL"
- Master's transcript/marks sheet has a spelling as "AGRAWAL"
- Bachelor's degree certificate has a spelling as "AGRAWAL"
- Bachelor's transcript/marks sheet has a spelling as "AGRAWAL"
- Engineering Diploma's certificate has a spelling as "AGARWAL"
- Engineering Diploma's transcript/marks sheet has a spelling as "AGRAWAL"
Thank you in advance for your guidance.
Thank you TanakaM!Hi,
Since this has no effect on your CRS Points, I would call it a minor error. Therefore, the LOE should be sufficient. A one and the same person affidavit implies that you were actually know by another name, whereas this is just a spelling mistake on your certificate. So IMO, there is no need for it.
All the best
Thanks @TanakaM, for always being a help. The list is already there.

All you have to do is rephrase them and play around with the order, keeping the most important on top. You can also add 1 or two that are not listed.
Best of luck
