Quick Question, If I enroll my wife in a recognized Post Secondary program, could i get her to Canada faster?

Has anyone done this, I'm sure many have though about it.

Thoughts?

If she applies for study permit and is qualified, maybe? But I'm not 100% sure.

Depending on where you are from and where you need documents from to apply for the the program and depending on the university. It still takes months to get her accepted.
