It's up to you....your taking more of a risk letting person x get your documents, and DHL are opening them anyway when there is an issue......which happens waaaaaay more than you think!

Well...I trust DHL more than Embassy, and certainly more than person x that opens their envelope with the wrong contents... They can easily open while on the phone with you to quickly verify contents name is same as package name, then seal back up. Anyways...don't want to argue the subject...

Not a rare case....it happened to 10 visa issues, and according to DHL.....Embassy screws up all the time. It's not illegal to open your document if you give them authority to do so....and I sure recommend it. You guys can do what you want, I've been trying to help, so if it happens to you, or...

Also, when anyone gets decision made, I'd call Customer service for wwwexpress to alert the package will be in transit soon. Give them package name addressed too, and I would....strongly.....strongly....suggest asking them to open your package to verify contents....I trust DHL more than...

MP is getting serious....embassy called wifey and asked how she'd like her package? Due to long weekend, she said DHL, overnight rush. They then emailed her tracking waybill number. BUT.....we've been checking wwwexpress tracking, and no activity on that waybill number.....so if it didn't go...
