I just got invited to apply for PR under CEC. I am currently in Canada and working in IT for a company under my PGWP. I have been working for that company for less than 1 year, and I don't have an LMIA. Technically, according to this https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/offer-employment.html, I do not have a "valid" job offer.

Still, I want to ask others who have had a similar case - did you say that you have a valid job offer?

You don’t have a valid job offer. You say NO.

If I said YES before the invitation and changing it to NO after, should I explain it in the client information section? My score or eligibility is not impacted by this.
