Do I have "a valid job offer"?

If I said YES before the invitation and changing it to NO after, should I explain it in the client information section? My score or eligibility is not impacted by this.

Do I have "a valid job offer"?

I just got invited to apply for PR under CEC. I am currently in Canada and working in IT for a company under my PGWP. I have been working for that company for less than 1 year, and I don't have an LMIA. Technically, according to this...

Did not receive ITA despite have CRS above cut-off

I’ve just raised a web form asking for clarification. I am really hoping they will rectify this situation soon as my French results expire on Feb 25 and I have all my other documents ready.

Did not receive ITA despite have CRS above cut-off

Nope, nothing. I would imagine there is some manual effort involved in sending the invitations and due to the sheer number of people invited in this round, things are taking longer than usual. The ghost update is definitely a good sign.

Did not receive ITA despite have CRS above cut-off

The agent said 48 hours should be okay.

Did not receive ITA despite have CRS above cut-off

It should not be an issue as per any official IRCC documentation. The requirements state clearly that the language test must be less than 2y old and have CLB 7. However, with these kind of delays, one might wonder of any issues in their systems.

Did not receive ITA despite have CRS above cut-off

I have not got my ITA yet either and my profile has a ghost update just like yours. My score is 539, so well well above the cut-off. And my French is above level 7 as well. I spoke to IRCC on the phone and they said to wait until 48h have elapsed or until early next week, and contact them if it...

Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

You do not need a medical exam if you have not lived abroad for an extended period of time in the recent past. That applies to most inland applicants. For the actual number of months you must have lived abroad, please check the IRCC website.

Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

Applied June 8, approved Sep 1 around 12PM. Best of luck to all, and thank you for posting your data points to help me track my timelines — it made the wait much easier!

Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

I applied June 8, and eligibility review started yesterday, Aug 31. I noticed it around 5-6PM EST. Fingers crossed for an approval today

Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

For those applying from outside Canada, the eligibility review usually takes a longer time, sometimes weeks, according to the bulk of data points. It is normally 1 to 2 days for inland applicants only.

Valid PGWP + Multiple Entry TRV + SIN No

I have spoken to CBSA on the phone. They said that if my primary physical residence is in Canada, I do not need to provide an offer letter. The list of the documents on the website is not exhaustive. Ultimately, you just need to convince the border officer by providing proof that you live in...
