before i went to interview i had 68, but after interview i had 62 [i got intention to refuse for just one point ] ,

they gave me just 3 points for adaptability ?!!! which is not fair at all, im here for third year as a professional worker.

any way i lost many points in interview because
- they just accept translated documents made by OTTIAQ member, so i lost many points around 3 points,so i retranslated them again.
- adaptability points, before interview i was sure i'll get 6/6 but after interview i got 3 , for sure because of french, but she asked some question in french and i answered in french, anyway 3 points wasn't fair for me.
- also they didn't calculate some of my work experience because i couldn't provide legality of them.

so guys submitting application with validated offer make your application so fast,
also make sure everything translated by OTTIAQ to avoid any delays.

This is what I understand,

So you lost from 68 to (59+3) becasue of the translations? I presume you lost 9 and got 3/6 in interview to get 62. one point less they want to reject?
And you gained points after submiting the correct translated versions.

Now this gives me some optimism, you see they requested some document, even without them , I have enough points to clear without interview. Any how I am getting the docuemnst from India. lets see.

I got my CSQ last week. I was March 2013 applicant.

My interview was waived. It was a smooth process overall. They just requested me for some missing documents(Tax documents and updated job letter) back in April and then I received my CSQ in mail last week.

No, I didn't. But I had 16 points from AOT and my file was treated in priority. I guess it is taking the same amount of time for everyone without validated job offer.

On Friday I got a mail that my application is waiting final decision and they will notify me about the decision very soon.
What does that mean?
Has anyone got similar message and what's aftermath of this?

I also received the same letter and after 3 months I received my CSQ.

One thing is common among all the people who got that letter. There interview was waived and they received CSQ directly (between 1 to 4 months after the letter)

Hello floks,

Just got off the phone with MICC. My CSQ has been accepted and it is in regular mail to my lawyer.

I must thank members HossamHamed and Jenalby (for giving info on process to get manual ITR-V in India) for clarifying some of the doubts I had.

All the best to other applicants. I will be active in the forum to help others get it as well.

I would like to get your opinion about my case from your experience

Im in Canada since Oct 2014 as TFW and my work permit is still valid until Sep 2016 so i thought about applying for Quebec skilled worker program :

- I did my IELTS and i got Advanced level
- I did as well my speaking French test TEFAQ and i got C2 and i just did as well my listening test and waiting for result
- I got a job offer from a hotel in Quebec as front desk agent the hotel already advertised the job in 3 websites for a month and now needs to be validated but the hotel is asking me if i can join them after i get my CSQ on close work permit in Quebec or they have to wait all the PR process for sure if they have to wait year and more they cant so i called the immigration and they told me since im already in Canada if i have CSQ and job offer and i can move to quebec and work with that hotel only and waiting for my PR any body had similar case where the employer is not willing to wait ?

How long the job offer will take to be validated and with job offer how long CSQ usually take ?

and i heard that its hard to validate job offer for front desk taking into the consideration i have degree of hotel management and i have 5 years experience in hotels before plus i speak both english and French.
