CSQ timeline from Quebec with Permenant validation job letter

Hey Guys


I have applied CSQ with permenant validation job letter on nov 15th 2013. I have still not received AOR. Can someone please share there timelin if they have received csq or applied csq last year

I am also in same Boat, I applied in Dec in Montreal and still no file number. I have a question for you.
1) For permanent Job validation, what documents did you submit, I submited the LMO and CAQ which are valid for 3 years. I am working in Montreal currently.

do you think it will take 13 months even with validated job offer? it should be faster that's why we did validated job offer?

At the moment it is taking 12 months even with Job offer. I think you should submit your Job offer validation along with your application to get priority. I learnt that CAQ and LMO are not enough even though you have/working in direct and permanent Job.

first time when i did submit application it was without validated job offer but application back to me incomplete at this time i got my validated job offer then i did include it to application , hopefully i will have priority

you are right that if you didn't submit validated offer with application it will take normal processing time.

I have a question. I applied for CSQ in Nov 2013, expecting AOR within a month. The question is I had sent a demand draft for the amount to be paid.
I have heard that the validity of demand draft is only for 3 months. And these guys taking time for AOR is 4-6 months. So will my DD expire? I come to know from Bank that DD still not encashed. and yet to have response from bank about the validity period of DD with dollar amount. Now it has been already 5 months passed, will my DD get expired? or international DD with mentioning canada branch within the DD has validity of more than 3 months?

people from feb 2013 got their csq. MARCH or APRIL 2013 applicants are still waiting.

It is a good news that people have got CSQ from Early 2013, which means 12-14 months processing times. Not bad actually considering the time it takes for any other center. My coleague with same experince as mine but with B2/C2 French got CSQ in just a week ( Quebec Experience class). Need to prepare for french now.
