No Problem, You can go even outside Canada (would be nice to let them know when you are going abroad), but not for staying for such a long time (during your PR process they may ask you to demonstrate that you are living in BC). After PR you'r free of one thousand lands.

Cheers,
Okay thanks. I used to think that the check that the BC PNP officer made ( the officer asked me to demonstrate that I indeed wanted to remain in BC) was the only one that will be done.

No idea, as my friend told me, his AOR took around three months last year since CIC received his docs, while mine took 45 days. So, by now I am 45 days ahead compared to last year. If this occurs for medical and other processes, it is faster though.

cheers
My police clearance will be here in about a week. Can I still mail it to them? And maybe attach a paper quoting my current UCI number.

If I were you, I would wait for my AOR first, once you received your AOR you can send them and refer to your AOR. Another option is to call them and ask them for available options on this matter.

Holy Macroni!!! That's super fast. Happy for u. Seems the paper application is now getting faster. Which office did you send your application to?

Where you nominated under an economic stream? Under which province?

I've always heard on different forums about super fast processing by Manila and I was just amazed at how fast they are compared to others. Manila is just an example and there might be others comparable. Someone who got AOR in Mar'17, already received FT/MR today whereas inland wait for an year for the same step. It is utter nonsense why CIC wont transfer files to these locations although they claim to use GCMS as means of efficiently distributing workload to less busy offices. Sorry just venting out... Wish there was some fairness in process for inland folks.

well, I think that maybe changing. A member on this forum who is an inland applicant shared his/her time-line and it looks good. I don't know why its particularly fast in Manila. Could it be because many folks from there apply to come to Canada? As a result, things are sped up? *hypothesizing*
