    I didn't get any such letter. Since they already gave the caveat that you can ignore if it doesn't apply to you, then I think it may be a generic letter. In my view, there won't be any harm in resubmitting those documents. Remember it is better to be sure than to be sorry.

    DHL is good - in fact recommended by the Accra Visa Office. UPS and FedEx are equally good. I used UPS when I submitted my application to Nova Scotia. It was cheaper and it got them in 4 days.

    Congratulations !!! LVO is pretty fast in dealing with applications. You should get PPR within 2 - 8 weeks after "medical passed" status. Are you a provincial nominee? If yes - then which province ?

    You can only link your application online after you receive the AOR of your application. And AOR takes approximately 2-3 months for paper based applicant. I have read that AOR is faster in some cases.

    the timeline depends on several factors including the Visa Office processing your application. We have seen some as fast as 6 months (like in my case) and some as long as 15 months +

    Well I think timing is relative. I submitted a paper based application (outland) and it took 6 months from Application submission to PPR (4 months from AOR)
