I know that being with your spouse is important to you, but please don't make it such a big issue that it starts affecting your health. Your previous posts show that you are a strong believer in God. Hence, I direct your attention to a place in the Qur'an where God says that He will surely try the believers with various things. I don't wanna sound like I'm giving a sermon but please understand that this world is a place of trials.

When I was with my wife in Pakistan two months ago, I tried to enjoy my time till the very last moments and did not allow this sponsorship process "spoil" my fun. Why don't you try the same?

Where were you all for the protest for CHC Timeline I will see how you all make out In Canada In Sha Allah



My health is very poor so poor that I have lost 3/4 of my hair from all the stress and I developed Eczema also I had major surgery in 2011 from a work accident in 2009 and now my foot deteriorated to the point where the ankle has to be fused together or amputated so what a Choice I have.
So Zia 75 I hope in a few hours all will be well for you and your wife. I pray that you both have a long healthy, happy, and wealthy life In Sha Allah To Eternity. May Allah bless you both and may ALLAH bless and help us all In Sha Allah

Thankyou brother for trying to help but the confusion is still there. Canadian citizen cant live out side in any country for more then 06 months. Please check the law. Because we are pakistani national that why we can live in pakistan. If we try to live in any country we cannot live more then 06 months.
As a PR resident the situation is the same PR also canot live more then 06 month out of the country. But PR has to live in the country I dont remember the exact years to maintain his PR status.
Simple is that if some one live more then 06 months then he/ she canot filed a tax return. and also there are some more problems for example if some one have a kids and he/she is getting child benift. They can get for 06 months if they are out of the country.

As a Canadian citizen one can live out of canada as long as he or she wish to. There is no restriction.
About filing income tax: The Gov't wants you to file tax return if you have to pay to the gov't but if you don't owe anything to the gov't then you don't have to file tax. and remember its called income tax!!! if you have income then gov't wants its share. but if you don't have any income then you don't have to file at all but sometime people file tax to get some sorts of credits towards low income etc.
