Salam I have a big problem need asistance on it. My brother's wife lost her passport she gor her visa and she planned to fly on 23rd june and now we cant find the passport.This is very depressing situation. What should we do to get new passport with visa on it?

You should call TCS , give them your tracking number .I think you didnt give them complete destination adress. Revise your information with them.

6 month too long for holding a passports. My younger brother wife got her passport back in 3 weeks and I just sended my wife and daughter passport on april 23rd , 2013 its been 1 week I hope I get them them soon. There should be something we should if they take this much time to give passports...
