Brother I know your down but your not out. There are other things that could be worst like not good health like myself. I got hurt at my job in 2009 and in 2012 was told I can no longer work I'm a 100% disability.

But with the aid of a cane and my wonderful patient husband I make it through the day. I'm here with him visiting and cannot go out much cause of this and I'm a security risk. Its all a test from Allah sometimes easy sometimes hard but after so long you cannot give up what about your promise to Allah and your wife it cannot be easy for her either.

So please brother nothing comes before its time and when your passport and visa comes you will remember that I told you this.

People say to me are you crazy to go to Pakistan and I say no not really as My time is written no matter where I am.
I will pray that you get more strength cause its always at the end that its the hardest May Allah bless you and give you strength just like the day you got married and applied In Sha Allah

Hum... chc members must be vavationing.... cuz no news or update in the month of may...
Last year this time it was raining remeds n pp with visas. This year they r slow. N keeping passport longee then a month.

Salam it is a way of tracking them to see if one is coming your way in your area with your name. I guess more or less its a way of keeping us from going insane with CHC.

I'm so disappointed about my country and how they treat Man Kind. It sickens me.

I received an email yesterday morning from CHC ISB, they appoligized for the delay and said it was due to receiving the re-medical
results from ND office. They mentioned that they are waiting for me to send the the renewed Quebec Selection Certificate
and as soon as they receive this they will release my husbands passport to him. I am waiting to get the certificate from Immigration
Quebec, only ALLAH SWT knows how long it will take for them to send it to me and then I send a copy to CHC ISB and my hubby.
CHC ISB only gave me 45 days to comply!!! I pray that I get the certificate this week so I can send it them ASAP!

I dont know how long after CHC ISB receives my certificate that they will return my husbands passport, they always forget to mention that LOL!

I haven't heard from Chc its been more than 2 weeks its sooo disturbing I can't even check TCS numbers my computer isn't working if some one checks TCS numbers cud u plz copy and paste them on forum for kharian city will really appreciate it thanxs gud luck everyone

Requesting GCMS notes:

- Easiest and quickest way is to go through the first link on there for "Online Request"
- All you need is that someone from Canada must do it - so you or your spouse, whoever is in Canada, as long as they have a Canadian mailing address, they should make the request.

Note: The IMM 5475 mentioned in the ScorpionKing's post will no longer be accepted. It says so on the website above.
All the information in the other form (IMM 5563 mentioned in the previous post) is entered online, and the payment is also done online as part of this process.

Steps:
1. Download the consent form IMM 5744 (you can find it from the link I posted above). This should be completed by the spouse in India, and the "designated individual" is the spouse in Canada who is requesting the GCMS notes. Check both the boxes in section 4 of the form, and sign it.
2. Initiate the "Online Request" at the top of the link I posted above. Proceed through the application and fill in the information as you go. You used to need to complete form IMM 5563, if you were requesting by mail or email, but with this online request, you don't need it anymore. All the same information is now filled in online.
3. Upload the consent form when it tells you go. If the spouse in Canada is not using a Canadian mailing address, you will also need to upload proof of Canadian residency.
4. It will ask for payment before you can make the final submission. You can use a credit card.
5. Now is the hard part - waiting for a few weeks!
