I donot know bro, but i m April 2010 case and my file was interview Queue thats y i was late.
But you are March 2010 y ur case is so late.

the only thing i can think of is that i had pcc from two countries and their background checks may took long because of two countries....i just guess.....not sure...

No it doesnt effect ur sponsership i am currently living on rent and i am not working it didnt effect my sponsership they dnt care abt ur income she cant take welfare or money from the government my husband was in terview queue aswell ALLHAMDULLIAH he passed they didnt ask a single thing if im working or if i have my own house tht is not their bussiness soo dont worry

My husband gave the Re-Medical receipt to our visa officer in person on the day of his interview in November 2012, he asked the visa officer to
check in the system if his medical was received and updated, she checked her computer in front of my husband and told him that they have
his re-medical results and all is good. Then she made my husband fill out the PPR form and took his passport for visa issuance.

On March 14, 2013 it will be 4 months since CHC ISB has my husbands passport.

This is ridiculous!!! WTH is going on???

Hey Jaania i was looking at ur previous post ur husbnd had gotten his medical done way be4 all of us how come he didnt get his passport back yet tht is ridiculos the embassy didnt call him or anything my husband did medical on the 20 of nov and embassy called him just couple of days ago and asked him if he did his medical he said he did it and the guy asked him from where he you did it from IMO or else where my husband said he did it from IMO in lahore he said he will call ND and get his results i knw tht now u can only get medical done from IMO they wont accept any other doctors medical but inshallah u will get it soon Allah swt ke har kam main koi na koi behtri hoti hai goodluck

IN SHA ALLAH and AMEEN Ishaak ALLAH SWT knows all and I am praying that my husband gets his passport this coming week.

My husbands Quebec Selection Certificate is expiring in April 2013 and as far as I know the QSC cannot be extended or re-issued.

My husband got his re-medical done OCTOBER 14, 2012, one month before our interview date. I told my husband to keep the receipt and hand it to the visa officer personally on the interview date, which he did. I had prepared everything in advance and made sure we have everything covered so that our visa officer can complete our case quickly. She even told me over the phone that my case is complete and my husband will get his passport back with visa very soon!! This was back in November, they call this soon????!!!! CRAZY!

I do not know why it has taken this long to get a passport back but I know for sure that there is no reason for them to let this delay to carry on.

I never thought Canada Immigration would be this cruel to Pakistan citizens.

We are suffering for being innocent while the big fat politicians play games with peoples lives as if we are puppets.

I say " WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND " it is all about time. Today it is their time but IN SHA ALLAH tomorrow it will be our time.

I was born and raised in Canada and proud of it however my thoughts have changed since I sponsored my husband and had to witness the cruel acts of Canada's Immigration system, I never thought that Canada would participate in such heinous and discriminating activities.

Did your address update yet on e-cas? Mine got updated 2 days after decision made...

There's this guy that I know, he is sponsoring his wife and she got re-med+ppr in May 2012 but still hasn't got it back yet. I freaked out when he told me about it..it's almost a year. He says he tried MP, Lawyer and every other way to find out why it's taking so long but no response.
