If she landed as a PR in Nov 2012, then there is nothing you can do. You can't cancel sponsorship.

Agreed. You're financially responsible for her until November 2015.

you can report her for fraud to CIC, explaining when she landed, where she lives, etc. but there are very few chances that CIC will do something about it. However, it will put a note on her file, and if she tries to sponsor another spouse (in 5 years, as for now as a sponsored spouse she can not sponsor anybody else), the notes will be on her file. As her file was received before the 25th October 2012 ( no matter when she landed), her PR is not conditional, so there is nothing you can do about it.
You are still responsible for her for the next 3 years financially, and if she goes on social assistance, the government will ask you to repay it.

Best you can do is "forget" about her, and try to rebuild your life with somebody who cares - but you can not deport her.

I recently sponsored my wife to canada and she has not lived with me for even a day, she lives in different city and I have all her information where she works lives, phone #,even printed out the dating sight shes on(profile) and sent it in to CBSA and have reported it to CBSA,they told me I had a very strong case and they are investigating it,what are the chances of deportation?is it the more proof I have, better it is? Can this be done?

Give me her number, and I will whisper in her phone, she says "what?", I whisper again, she says "what?" then I will scream as loud as I can. I hate people who leave their sponsors like that. It's one thing to have both parties work together to arrange a marriage of convenience. It's another thing to have someone land in Canada, then leave you a few months later. But it's a whole new level of low, when someone lands and doesn't even live with you for a day.
