Highly unlikely anyone is going to offer a cashier job to anyone outside Canada and no employer provides accommodation , transportation or flights. An employer would need to apply for an LMIA to offer any job and yet they want you to do all the application. No mention either of the actual company the job is with given the letter implies a recruitment agency not a company.

It's a really bad fake, but you were right to ask if you had any doubt. A cashier would not get an LMIA with accomodation and airfare thrown in.

Plus the work location is in Saguenay, QC. a area that’s around 100% French , not one thing in the job offer that states you have to be fluent in French
