As Shinbukan said, send cic an email. Our e-cas is still RBVO but we just received a response from CIC (to an email we sent them) that they have received the results and it is pending review. We were a bit concerned because it has been four weeks since we did the test, so it was a big relief to receive the response from CIC.

sometimes if the doctor u have has sent the files electronically, then the upload is faster i guess.
thats what my doctor will do next week. So it reflects faster when u check ur info online.

New York has transfer my file to New Delhi and it will take 6 to 8 weeks to transfer my file to New Delhi
What is your status on your file

Still waiting for visa. I have extended the interview date for a month.
How its possible that ur gcms doesn t tell u the reason, as mine clearly says " interview required to determine the eligibility"
Plz read ur notes carefully there must been a reason mentioned there .

To my application. Received a automated email right away. But till now
Did not get any confirmation from CPP-O.
Do you think should I send a email to ask them a confirmation about

Sure, go ahead. I received response from CIC on my inquiry only once, so don't expect them to answer your email right away or at all. But the fact that you received your 'automated email' is a good sign, email was delivered.

Thank you everyone,i have been getting help from this forum and finally after 2 unsucessful attempt finally reached the destination to receive medical request and a payment of RPRF with FBI report.But still in stress CIC have given 30days to send all the documents and as for FBI, last time i applied got the result in 2months time.Did anyone have such incident, pls share.. how did you go thro this situation.

I had also done fbi clearance 2yr back but i re-did it again this time.

Got my medicals done today. It will be sent electronically to Immigration next week.
The only thing left is to wait.
I am not sure about the FBI Clearence, if they would ask me again
to do it., but i am going to send it since i already have one clearance 2 years ago.
Does anyone have any idea of FBI Channelers, are they like an agent for FBI. (private contractor)
Can we use their service to expedite the process, it is not an requirement from the Canadian Immigration as of yet.
I have heard about the cases where some people have been requested for FBI clearance by the Canadian Immigration.
Anyone had the similar experience would like to share.

I did not get a request for fbi clearence, all i got a request for was for medicals.
I dont think so the clearence is valid for 2 years, its only for 1 year.
If u have the clearance the second time then i think you are good to go...
you could also use agents (private contractors) to get it done...which takes 2 or 3 days.

I checked 3 time and according to my lawyer also their is no reason of interview according to GCMS notes its almost 135 pages but their information on regarding interview just one line written interview on 6 th November on New York 9:30am nothing else

More over my interview is cancel for time being
My file will take 6 to 8 to get transfer to New Delhi
So I m waiting now

If you sent one with application, that's good enough as long as you haven't traveled to the States in between. Cic didn't ask me one during medical request. Hope this helps ..

Keep your communication as limited as possible because then they will think why is this person urging which might make them dig things deeper - this word is from my lawyer and it worked so far well for all his clients including me. You got the automated response which is good and it has taken two months for me to get a response once. You will get your PR real soon as they are working on your case now. 8) enjoy the time in between as you will not go through this phase again in life. It's a craving for goodness lol ;D

Thanks for that advice. I was just about sending a new inquiry.
Now I'm not gonna do that.
Hopefully I will get something soon from CPP-O.
As I can see from this forum a lot of FSW1 are getting MR. But
I'm as u can see November 28, 2011 applicant and I think
Its gonna take another 3-4 months for me.
