Have you contacted LA VO?It might be because of changing CAIPS to new system

I am fsw3 which studied in Canada for 1 yr or worked in Canada for 1 yr noc should not b an issue because fsw3 changed 1.5 yrs after i applied so they better check my original date Of application....

I sent an email to them on Thu. so waitin for a reply... in the email they sent sept 28 saying they transferred my file to LA... they said not to request info on my file for 90 days from that day... but within 30 days they changed to decision made on ECAS and i sent them an email.. I hope they will not get mad... :S...

After almost 20 months since I received the AOR, I received the medical request last week. However, I have moved from U.S. back to my home coutry since Last August. My friend received the medical request letter for me.
I have two questions that I need your urgent help with:
1. Can I go to a DMP for medical exam in my home country instead of one in U.S?
2. The letter also requests an updated police certificate from FBI because the one I originally sent has expired. The old one was dated 2009 December. I cannot go back to U.S to get a fingerprint again. Since I have lived in my home country since last August, can I obtain a police certifcate from my home country and send it out?

Really appreciate your help!

fiona, you have moved back to your country and failed to inform Buffalo about this event. You are misrepresenting yourself for the visa office. They think you are still in the USA that is why they ask you for another FBI check. You should straighten up everything with Buffalo, otherwise there is a chance you will have problems with your immigration.

Hi Becksterd, don't lose hope..it might me an e-cas error... last week, I've read from the other thread that there are address disappearances happening with regards on changing their status to 'in process'.. there's probably something to do with that in your case... just my personal opinion...my two cents..

keep on praying... it should be e-cas error..

I did my medical and Ottawa received my medical on 29th Sep, 2011 and they confirmed it over the phone. Now after almost 1 and half months Detroit VO contacted me and saying they are not able to see my medical in the system.

GUYS, please ADVISE, I am so worried. I have only 15 days time left (60 days time period for medical and RPRF). I am a September 2009 candidate (2nd AOR in April, 2010) and got medical and RPRF request in Sep, 2011.

How did you know that CIC received your ME results? You just call CIC at 1888XXX numbers? You may call them again to ask.
