All SINP application applied in 2011 tracker

Hi,
Application filed August 28, 2011.
via online, under family class, My uncle is sponsoring us. A month only my sponsor received acknowledgement that he is sponsoring us, and the status of my online application is In Process. After that no news or updtes got from them.
I also have a question , I applied with my husband and 2 kids. But there is a change in our situation, we have an addition to our family just this June, I gave birth again to my baby. Im reluctant now on how will be our application will be , should I inform the SINP?
Anybody knows this situation?

u should send them new generic application,new additional to u and your spuse,new 100-1 form,birth certificate of new born. u can send all these things scan copies to there email immigration@gov.sk.ca

Did you apply under skilled worker or under family stream?
Skilled worker take 10-12 months now so family would take way longer these days.
I got my nomination (skilled worker) after 11 months and only with the help of my local MLA.

I didn't get anything yet. I got additional doc requirement in March, 2012. That's it. Nothing after that. waiting waiting...

I'm still waiting for my nomination too, 5 more days and it will be 16 months since I applied in skilled worker stream...


what or who is a "local MLA"? I'm opened to try anything that could help.

maybe worst in my case,,I applied SINP family stream Jan 2011,almost 2 yrs now but still waiting for nomination.So frustrating but I know God is good,,

I am not sure guys why its taking long for you, i applied on Feb,11 and got my PR on Apr,12 (include 2 months of delay for medical).

sinp guys are sleeping from the month of may 2012 changes. specially the employer department is quite rude and lazy, they dont even respond to your emails or phone calls. i dont no what is going on over there. its quite frustrating.

Yes, that is exactly right.
My story is somehow like this. My employer received phone call in April so I thought I'm just about to get my nomination, but then the changes came and they requested new job offer letter from me, because the old one was for some reason invalid. They foud out 1 year after the initial application that the job offer is invalid. It was June when the requested the letter, they didn't write they want something online, so I provided one, but they didn't like it, because it was "just" letter on a company letterhead. It took some time again to get reply and new documents request. They wanted my employer to register in their system and add the position there. It took them 6 weeks just to approve registration of my employer. Everything was done by my employer in the end of August ... and what is happening now, I don't know

5 more months and I'll be able to apply for PR in canadian experience class. So they have 5 more months to nominate me, then I'll say F you saskatchewan, you don't deserve my taxes and will move to Alberta.

i agree with u, its totally not understandable that how a government department is working, i m n same boat with u, they are not even responding on emails and there all mail boxes are full that's why u can't even leave a message on there given numbers. even my employer is very angry on there behavior.
when they don't have that much staff to deal with it then stop taking more applications.
Plus there behavior is too rude, if they'll call your employer and unfortunately he missed there call, then this is the biggest mistake of his life and your case is gone under other files, your apologizes on emails wont even bother them, your response on same number will go unanswered too.
i can understand your scenario it should be same that they have called your employer and he just missed there call and that's all and they made him ineligible, and that call was just for the copy of your employer license, which can be provided on email very easily.

i m in Saskatoon right now, and we are facing same problems as you said.
there all given phone numbers and mail boxes are full. thats why u can see that even if SINP department gave u 45 days to respond because of employer issue and u exceed the time limit but at the end they are not making any decisions because of this delay, they also knew that what is going on in the Employer department.
Employer department and SINP file department is not same now. they have different line of action , and after may 2012 Employer department got more powers to work with. but they looks quite disturb now.
