I applied for a trv on 6th jan 2014. No response..

My husband on PGWP..
Purpose was tou attend his convocation..

As for now no rpl.. almost 100days..

Sent case specific enquiry as well.. but no response..

Yess 100 days and still counting

I need ur help
I have applied for my spouse trv last year but rejected
Due to insufficient finances,lack of travel history
Weak ties to home country

Now i wish to try again but with as much changes as possible
1.my spouse was jobless before now i m showing her job since sep 2013
Also attaching her job letter

2.letter of sponsor from her father with his job letter bank statement, property evalution paper, saving account
balance (before i was sponsor and i submitted my bank statement + t4 + jobletter)

3.invitation letter by me (but i dnt know how to explain her home ties and bindings at job ? )
reached on the last para but dnt knw how to write this part...

4.she wrote a cover letter before but now we decided not to right a cover letter but make invitation letter complete one

5.before it was paper app now applying online
6. Multiple entry now before it was single
7.who write an affadavit me or her father ?


Now please can someone guide me wat else should i do???
And most important question

Should i write that i have applied before and it was rejected
Or how can i cover the rejection reasons or should i ignore it all

I believe this has more to do with how you intend her cost of living in Canada being evaluated. Even if (i assume it is your spouse you are talking about), she is working and earns her living by herself, but you intend to use your income (or her father's income) to bear the cost of her stay in Canada, then you should choose YES. Else they would probably try to see if her income and personal account statements etc. are enough to finance her stay in Canada (which i doubt is the case).

Please note that this is my opinion, not that i found written some where officially.

I filled it as Yes
Because i too believe that if she is showing her father income then she is dependent on her financially

I heard on forum all trv ll b multiple now
Is this correct?
I wrote in lenght of stay less than six months
Is this right option?
Or should i write more than six month
As purpose of travel is to visit me during summer vacations

Yeah, all visa applications are considered for multiple entry now without any additional fee. You should state the actual intended duration. Still a multiple entry means you could visit latter again.
