I applied for post bacc diploma in accounting at the university of british columbia which does not accept advance fee payment and applied on 23rd Jan after implementation of pal rules not knowing fully the implications on 'other graduate programs' just yesterday I recieved an ADR in my file stating I need to provide first year tution fee receipt, since tution fee is not accepted in advance by ubc for this program I do not have the receipts, how should I reply you this query by ircc. Also, how is my file in processing even though I did not attach an attestation letter.. All of this is really confusing me.
